I adore flowers and foliage, simple. When working with them I am always reminded of a quote by my old English teacher ‘Many look, few really see’. I see flowers, their individual shape, colour,  texture and movement.  I seek out the individual, that stem that speaks of its life to date, bending and growing towards the light.

It’s with this passion that I hope to inspire those who come to my courses, be it wreath making at Christmas or joining me to cut beautiful British blooms from the cutting garden in summer to create a sumptuous urn arrangement.

I find it a real privilege to introduce a novice or a more experienced flower enthusiast to new techniques or just allow the more confident to play with fabulous floral ingredients.

Working with flowers is a treat.
